When does it start?
Starts every Monday while spots are available.
You decide the length of the program, you can stay up to 8 weeks, to best fit your spring plans.
Once you register, we will contact you within 48 hours to schedule your first workout.
What are your training hours?
We have options that work for EVERYONE. And because the workouts are only 30 minutes — you’ll be in and out in no time.

WHAT WILL BE REQUIRED OF ME?
We encourage you to workout a minimum of 3x per week for guaranteed results. A total of 90 minutes a week.
I haven't exercised in a long time. Can I still participate?
